Fill out the form

Fill out the wedding inquiry form here or by  using any of the links on this page. Once submitted, the typical response time is 1–3 days. From there, a call can be scheduled to talk through your budget, package add‑ons, and your vision for the day.

Local to Nashville? You have the option to schedule an in‑person meet‑up to go over details!

Make it official!

When you are ready to move forward, I'll send you  a contract with a non-refundable deposit to officially reserve your date.

STEP 03

 

Ready, Set...

Once you are booked, we can discuss a time and date for your engagement session (if included)!  While it is not required, it is highly recommended because it creates an easy, no‑pressure flow on your wedding day and helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera.


For Rehearsals, I will provide 3 hours of coverage to capture the ceremony walkthrough, toasts, and family interactions.

Engagement sessions or Rehearsal Coverage are included in Signature. Both are included in Heirloom.

STEP 04

 

The Big Day!

Time for your big day! On your wedding day, every candid and meaningful moment will be documented while you focus on enjoying your celebration. Sneak Peaks will be sent within 72 hours, and the full gallery will be delivered in 3-5 weeks. After you receive your gallery, you’ll select your favorite images, and I’ll design a wedding album that brings your story together beautifully.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel 100 miles away from Nashville may require fees. All out-of-state and international weddings require travel fees to cover the expenses of hotels and flights/driving time.

How does the deposit work?

To officially reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at booking, with the remaining balance split into payment(s) leading up to your wedding day. We’ll outline your exact payment schedule in your contract so everything feels simple and stress-free.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If the weather isn’t cooperating, don’t worry—there is always a plan. For weddings, I’ll work with you (and your planner, if you have one) to adjust the timeline, use covered or indoor spots, and still capture beautiful photos that fit the vibe of your day.

For engagement or portrait sessions, we’ll check in before your date, and if the forecast looks truly miserable (heavy rain, storms, or extreme temps), we’ll reschedule to the next available date. Light rain or overcast skies can actually be super dreamy (think The Notebook vibes), so as long as it’s safe and you’re up for it, we can still shoot.
